Front Desk Receptionist/Personal Assistant
The main role of a Receptionist at a real estate office is to coordinate communication between clients and employees and be responsible for handling front desk reception and administration duties. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and agents to our office, overseeing phone calls, providing office, and administrative support. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate, possess exceptional customer service skills while maintaining a positive attitude, and willing to assist where needed. Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-line phone skills.
- Highly skilled in customer service and office administration.
- Observant, accurate, detail-oriented.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
