Her daughter works for her as Marketing Director and conducts a thorough, tailored campaign via social media. After working with Melinda, her clients rave about her professionalism and dedication, as well as her ability to sell listings quickly at competitive prices thanks to her strategic marketing. With each transaction she closes, Melinda makes a donation to pancreatic cancer research. What’s her favorite part of the job? “I love the feeling of helping someone to find the home they love,” she says. Melinda is passionate about serving the community. She’s a member of the Better Business Association, the Bedford Professional Women’s Club, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Allegheny Highland Association of Realtors. She also works to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity and is active in her church. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and work in her flower garden and she is an avid reader. For the future, Melinda plans to continue to grow a strong family business and do her part to keep her office ranked #1 in the area.
